Privacy & your information
Updated September 27, 2026
This card helps you connect with Gilbert and explore real estate options. Here is what happens with information you choose to enter.
What you share
If you send a buyer introduction, the form collects your name, contact information, home search preferences, timing, and the answers you provide. It sends them to Gilbert through Formspree so he can respond to your request. If you ask for a personal seller review, your email app prepares a message with the details you entered; Gilbert receives it only if you send that email.
For the property lookup, the name, street address, ZIP code, and any unit number you enter go to this card’s server. The server checks a public Clark County parcel data service using the street information and compares the name to the returned public record. The county query does not include your entered name. An automated estimate uses parcel and recorded sale details. The server temporarily caches estimate results in memory to make repeat checks faster; this card does not create an account for you.
Who helps provide the service
The site host handles requests to this card. Formspree processes buyer form submissions. The public county data service receives property queries. If you choose to send an email, your email provider handles it. Links to other home search and estimate websites take you to services with their own privacy practices.
Tracking and your choices
This card does not include advertising trackers that follow your activity across other websites. Site and service providers may process ordinary technical information needed to operate their services. You can use the card without submitting a form, and you can contact Gilbert directly instead. To ask about the information you submitted, including a request to review or correct it, email isellnfindhomes@gmail.com.
